La Cayetana Hotel is a unique boutique hotel located in the Monserrat district of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Built by the Podesta family in 1829, the Cayetana Hotel was entirely restored and renovated in 2005. The façade retains its original features with two large windows protected by ornamental metalwork, a huge wooden door and ornate stonework that are wonderful examples of classic 'Portena' architecture.

Through the doorway, guests find two interior patios and a garden featuring a 100-year old fig tree. The bedrooms, breakfast room and lounge of La Cayetana Hotel are situated around these internal spaces ensuring guests find a calm environment as well as a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Buenos Aires.
