All areas at Hotel Los Cerros have been especially designed to meet the needs of the different moments of the day: entertainment, relaxation, rest, and friendly conversation among friends have all been given careful thought. A comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace invites guests not only to read and spend a relaxing moment but also to share a cocktail with friends. There is also a spacious and light salon with warm and colorful decoration for reading, video watching and games. Activities: choose from many outdoor activities depending on the weather, the length of their stay and operative availability. Reception and excursion staff will determine starting hours on a daily basis. A Los Glaciares National Park ranger will serve as guide for all hiking and trekking outings.
All day-long excursions include a picnic lunch. Activities include: short half-day walks, days long walks, sailing, walks on ice, and horseback riding.
Weather: The weather is more than unstable, quickly changeable, with great temperature ranges between day and night. Garments you should carry with you: informal and comfortable clothing, gloves, scarf, water-proof winter jacket, rubber-soled shoes (suitable for trekking or rubber shoes), sun glasses, sun lotion (face and lips), t-shirts and light garments.
Please note: In Argentina people are considered of age when they are 21 years old. Therefore, any person under 21 is a minor. Those travelling without an adult and even those with an adult who is not their legal guardian must hold a written authorization from their guardian, approved by the Argentine consulate in the place of residence (prior to leaving home).

Booking and cancellation policy
All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.
Cancellations will be accepted with the following conditions:
up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date: no charge.
29-15 days: full deposit charged as fee.
14-7 days: 60% of the entire stay will be charged. less than 7 days: 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
Children Discounts:
under 2 years old: free
3-5 years: 20%
6-12 years: 50%
over 12 years: 100% (no discount).
To qualify for these discounts, children should share their rooms with at least one adult. If rooms are occupied only by children under the age of 12, one of them will be charged the full rate.
