Each one of them has its own identity, wooden ceilings, ratan chairs, iron beds, courderoy courtains and mapuche carpets. Even from the privacy of a bubble bath, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the landscape. Premium: 12 bedrooms situated on the superior floor of the principal area. Equipped with twin or king beds, mini-bars and jacuzzi, from every room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Glacier. Superior: 8 elegant bedrooms are located at the bottom of the principal area of the hotel. All of them with two twin beds, mini-bar, jacuzzi and Glacier view. Waterfall: 12 warm bedrooms with views to the Glacier and equipped with mini-bar. These are the first bedrooms and are the ones which made the Hotel famous for its views of the Perito Moreno Glacier. | Booking and cancellation policy | All costs, prices, and polices, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking. All bookings will have to be sent in writing via Fax and or e-mail to the Reservation Office in Buenos Aires. Confirmation is only by a written communication emitted by the HosterÃa via Fax and/or email and is only guaranteed by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The reception of the booking will not imply the confirmation. The remaining payment will have to be paid 15 days before the arrival date or on the date indicated on the confirmation. The names of the guests will have to be set at least 30 days before the date of arrival. Future changes of names and dates may or may not be accepted by the Hotel. CANCELATIONS: They are very strict with the cancellation policy, which is applied to All-inclusive programs: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date, will get a full refund. Cancellation from 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date will pay 30%. From 14 to 7 days they will be charged 50% of the total amount. Any reservation cancelled less than 7 days before the day of arrival, will not get any refund (pay 100%). Christmas, New Year, Easter and Long Weekend Programs: Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to the arrival day will get a total refund. Reservations cancelled from 59 to 30 days prior to the check-in day will pay 20%, from 29 to 7 days will get 50% refund, and those cancelled with less than 7 days prior to the arrival day will pay 100% of the agreed upon price. |
