Each bungalow has a private bathroom and a wonderful shower. A King size bed is the norm; a two twin bed setup is optional. Designed in the clean, simple spirit of South Andros Island and built in the traditional Caribbean style, each is privately spaced and raised up to greet the incoming sea breezes. |

| Booking and cancellation policy | Prices include: Full service breakfast and lunch. Snacks and sunset hors devours Nightly dinner - a culinary Caribbean delight served by candlelight on white linen Morning coffee delivered to your bungalow at requested time Use of the kayaks Use of the sailboats Use of the snorkeling equipment A daily biologist guided ecological trip - snorkeling, kayaking or hiking (weather dependent) Daily maid service All (land and water) local airport transportation - Tiamo is boat access only Not included in the rates are drinks from the bar and a $14 per night per person hotel tax. A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to your arrival subject to a 7% processing fee. If a cancellation occurs after 45 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is subject to forfeiture unless the reservation can be resold and your reservation transferred to another date within six months of the original reservation (new rates may apply). At thirty days prior to your arrival, the remaining amount of your stay will be charged and is non-refundable. |
