Booking and cancellation policy |

Policies, prices, package deals, taxes, and exchange rates may change and should be confirmed with the hotel at booking.
Rates
are based on double occupancy,
include full breakfast,
are subject to 10% gratuity and 6% hotel tax,
are subject to change without notice.
Deposit:
A 3-night non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Stays of less than 3 nights will require full payment at the time of booking. Visa or Mastercard information needed but do not send credit card information by email.
Cancellations: a 4-week written cancellation policy without penalty ( 8 weeks for bookings over Christmas/Spring Break/Easter).
Reservations cancelled within that period are refundable, less a $75 booking fee. Cancellations made outside that time period will forfeit the the 3-night deposit.
Extra people:
Rooms are designed for a maximum of 2 people. Hibiscus is the only exception, accommodating a maximum of 4 people only.
No rollaway or additional guest beds for any rooms. One child under 10 years of age is permitted to share a bed with parents. There is an additional charge of $50 per room for a child sharing with parents.
Port-a-cribs are available for children 3 and under. There is a $25 charge for children under 3 in the rooms. |
