Booking and cancellation policy

An advance payment of 50% of the total reservation is required.
The balance must be paid 48 hours before check-in.

All payments must be made by credit card or bank deposits to an account number given by the hotel.

Refunds and cancellations: There is always a 10% fee for communication and services costs. Requests for refunds and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Reservations Department by e-mail.The client can substitute another person for their reservation with the same conditions and during the same period.

The following cancellation fee will be charged:
Low season: more than 7 days before check-in: no cost. 7 - 0 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount of stay.
High season: more than 15 days before check-in: no cost. 15 - 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount of stay. 7 days or less: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellations for Special Packages (New Year's, Carnival, Easter Vacation): more than 30 days before check-in: no cost. 30 -15 days before check-in: 50% of the entire stay. 0 - 15 days before check-in: 100% of the entire stay.
In case of "no show" 100% of the total will be charged or the amount that had been already paid.

Rates may change and should be confirmed at booking.
The rates include breakfast, taxes and room cleaning service for 1 or 2 people.
5% City Tax not included.

All suites accommodate two people, in case we have only one person is the same value, if more than two people in the same room, the only suite that can accommodate are the masters ones, we charge 30% and 40% for the third and fourth person respectively.

Holidays minimum booking is 3 days and 5 days for Carnival and Easter period.
Prices of Christmas, Carnival, Easter and New Year are not included in these rates.
