The Sofia, their private Islander aircraft, can transport you from Belize City to Turtle Inn in less than an hour. Buses and commercial airlines also fly between Belize City and Placencia.

Booking and cancellation policy
Policies and prices may change and should be confirmed at booking.
In the Winter and Summer seasons all payments will be refunded in full, less a 100.00USD$ plus 10% tax per room cancellation fee, if they receive notice in writing 45 days or more prior to quest arrival. For Winter an Summer Seasons, reservations changed or postponed 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, the change fee is 100.00USD$ plus 10% tax per room. Note that a 2 Bedroom Villa is considered two rooms. For notices received less than 45 days, no refund will be issued.
For Peak Season the cancellation fee is 200.00USD$ per room if they receive written cancellation notice 60 days or more prior to guest arrival. For Peak Season, reservations changed or postponed 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, the change fee is 100.00USD$ plus 10% tax per room. For notices received less than 60 days, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be given for unused package portion, hotel rooms, tours and transfers for any reason. They encourage their guests to purchase Travel Insurance to cover against cancellation or date changes in unforeseen circumnstances, as they are unable to refund payments for any reason within the cancellation period.
