Alta Bay, previously a 5-star boutique hotel has recently been converted into a 4-star guest house with 3 large luxury units. This Tuscan house is built on separate levels with a great sense of space and light throughout.

Alta Bay is not just accommodation for a night of sleep during your stay in Cape Town. It is a serene sanctuary of sun-drenched spaciousness, where you can enjoy the relaxed and laid back atmosphere throughout the day.

There are two large Luxury Units and two Standard Rooms. All were designed in a contemporary style with bespoke furniture handcrafted locally. Each room offers extra-length king/twin beds, air-con, heaters, flat screen TV's with incorporated DVD/CD player, satellite TV, electronic safes and unlimited wireless PC connection.

Each unit has a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen (or kitchenette), and a private terrace / deck.
The Loft (70 m²) and the Bay Suite (42 m²) offer spectacular vistas of the sea and city while the Garden Room (28 m²) below has the benefit of the shaded lush garden. The Loft has a bedroom on the mezzanine floor, a bathroom with bath & shower and a sleeper couch. A continental breakfast (served in the room or terrace) is available on request at an extra charge.
