| Meetings: They can offer and cater for up to 15 people for a small business gathering either in the lobby bar or in a meeting room on the 3rd floor, if you would prefer a closed arrangement. In any case, all the necessary arrangements need to be approved and discussed with the hotel prior to arrival. Amenities in the rooms include satellite TV with radio, a direct dial phone, high-speed Internet connection, safe, mini-bar, smoke detectors and safe locks. Luxury bathrooms have heated floors with adjustable temperature setting and most of them comprise a bathtub, a walk in shower and two washbasins. All bathrooms have been equipped with Philippe Starck fixtures. Additional services include laundry and dry cleaning, ironing, continental breakfasts served in your room, 24 hour room service, twice a day house keeping, transfers, tickets etc. With prior arrangement, they can also arrange massages, beauty treatments, facials, etc. Dining: Hotel Restaurant - The hotel club and bar is situated in the unique Romanesque cellars that date back to the 12th century. The reconstruction of these premises, which took almost 4 years to accomplish, was financed with the aid of the Single Programming Document for Objective 2, a grant from the European Regional Development fund, received in the year 2006. The restaurant specializes in international and Czech fine dining cuisine and has a seating capacity of 80 persons. After dinner there is a possibility to sit your-self down in a small lounge, sip cocktails and dance the night away. Hotel café / lobby bar - Cafe Bily Konicek (Café White Horse). The café is a part of the hotel and has an independent entrance to Zelezna Street. Designed in the same tone as hotel, white walls and ceiling with very modern looking styled white tables, it could easily be compared to the John and Yoko Halcyon days of 1969. The café has great big large street level windows and is a Romanesque design of cellars and vaults. Just like the hotel, this part of the building is also a part of the UNESCO Heritage list. With a fresh flower on each table, it is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. This pedestrian street has no cars is very quiet and no street noise is discernable. Enjoy the sites but not the sounds of Old Town Square. The café seats 25 people and can hold 60 for a party. With prior reservations, the café can tailor make a menu just for you and your friends. All staff speak excellent English, French, German and Spanish. The café is child friendly, with high chair and stuffed animals available for the tiniest toddlers and they are only more than happy to tailor the menu to suit even the smallest of customers. |
