Restaurant and children: As the restaurant is open to the public, they strongly encourage dinner reservations at the time you confirm your accommodations and dress code is "smart casual" for all meals. Due to the intimacy and elegance of the dining room setting, along with the sophistication of seasonal menus, it is not well-suited for young children, and therefore children above the age of fourteen are most welcome.
For guests who prefer not to leave the privacy of their cozy rooms, they will happily provide room service from 7:30am. to 9:00pm.

Winter activities: Cross Country Skiing and Snow shoeing, Dog Sled Rides, Downhill Skiing and Snowboarding, Hiking and Ice Climbing, Ice Fishing, Snowmobile Rides, Sleigh Ride Dinners, Spa Services - In-Room Massages, Body Treatments, Manicures and Pedicures can all be arranged for you in your room.

Summer Activities: Golfing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Boating, Biking, Tennis courts are available at the Whiteface Club adjacent to the property and require a reservation.

Corporate retreats: They have facilities to accommodate conference sessions from five to 100 guests. The rustic Den is 350 square feet and comfortably fits up to 22 people banquet or classroom style, and up to 40 people reception style. The Cloudspin conference room is 875 square feet, and can accommodate up to 56 people banquet style, 50 people classroom style, and 100 people reception style. They offer impeccable service that will allow your meetings to run smoothly and productively.

Pets: especially in unfamiliar settings, dogs will be dogs; despite an historical track record of exemplary behaviour. They therefore happily allow you to share with your pet the creature comforts of your guest cabin, provided they adhere to the conditions; please contact the hotel for information.
