In confirming your reservation and paying the deposit, you agree to the cancellation policy, terms and conditions.
Payments made by credit card are charged an additional 4% fee.
Bookings are confirmed when a 50% deposit is received.
Deposits can be paid by wire transfer or credit card from outside the country.
Payments can be made on location in cash (EUR & MAD) or by credit card.

Any change or cancellation must be communicated in written form by e-mail.
Cancellations:
made more than 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date are charged 20% of the entire stay;
8-4 weeks prior, 50%;
4-2 weeks, 75%.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the entire stay.

Tourist Tax is 2 EUR per day, per person and is not included.
