Daily meeting room rental includes use of polycom conference telephone, pull-down screen, data ports with wireless internet access, television with VCR and DVD, writing pads, pens, and flip charts.
The Poetry Garden is ideal for daytime meetings of up to 16 people. An indoor-only cocktail function accommodates 25 people. Up to 80 people can enjoy an indoor/outdoor mingling event.
The Writer's Den can accommodate daytime meetings of up to 25 people. An indoor-only cocktail function accommodates 50 people. Up to 70 people can enjoy an indoor/outdoor mingling event.
The Perfect Duo is suitable for cocktail receptions of up to 85 people using the indoors only or up to 150 people using both the indoor space and the outdoor terraces.

Services and facilities include: same day dry cleaning for articles handed in before 9:00am Monday to Friday. Complimentary High Speed T-1 access in all rooms and wireless internet access in the Reading Room and Business center. Newspapers - Complimentary New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and USA Today, are available in the Reading Room. Off-site swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and parking are also available.

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 1:00 p.m.

Pets are not allowed.

Children: All guests must be 21 years of age or older unless supervised by an adult over the required age. No rollaway beds are available. Baby cribs if requested may be provided at no extra charge, based on availability.

Smoking: The Library Hotel is a smoke free environment. There are no designated smoking areas inside, although smoking is permitted on the Poerty Garden Terrace located on the 14th floor when available. Smoking inside the hotel will result in a mandatory clean up charge of 200 USD.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel before 3:00 pm (EST) 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 1 night room rate and tax.
