Getting there: Car: coming from Vienna and Munich, exit autobahn on the Mondsee exit. drive along St. Gilgen and Strobl (travel approximately 35 kilometers). Proceed through the bypass tunnel at St. Wolfgang and follow the local road for 150 meters and the hotel is on your left.
Train: Salzburg railway station (50 km), or Bad Ischl railway station (16 km). Continue by bus or book a hotel transfer service.
Airplane: Salzburg airport (50 km) Munich airport (180 km) Linz airport (115 km).
Children: this hotel is not appropiate for children under the age of 12.

In any case of cancellation there are the following fees:
Up to 14 days before scheduled arrival you are welcome to cancel your holiday without paying any cancellation fees.
13-4 days prior, they charge one night.
Up to 3 days before arrival, two nights charged.
Within 24 hours before arrival, three nights charged.
In case of "no-show" the whole amount or max. five nights is charged.
In case of an unforeseen earlier departure they charge - depending on the duration of your prebooked stay - at least one night but max. five nights.
Prices are per night, per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms upon request. Hot and cold breakfast buffet included 7am-11am.
