Comprised of three guest buildings and the innkeeper's home, the Three Mountain Inn offers 15 guest rooms in a luxurious and historical setting. The main building was built in 1797 and has "King's Wood" vertical pine paneling, and a massive center chimney containing five fireplaces and two beehive ovens, recently rebuilt, and in use.
They have an extensive collection of original Vermont Art displayed in the rooms and public areas of the Inn. These include two pastels by Wolf Kahn and works among others, by David Rohn, Petria Mitchell and Jim Giddings. Also displayed are several Picasso lithographs from the series of sketches made in preparation for his most famous painting, Guernica.
Their location in the lovely village of Jamaica offers easy access to numerous outdoor activities while serving as a wonderful haven to rest, rejuvenate, and relish fabulous local cuisine. Whatever your desires or pace, the staff are all devoted to showing you the best of Vermont.

Rooms are situated in The Main House and Robinson House: All rooms in The Main inn have in-room air conditioning. Central heat is augmented with gas or log fireplaces in five rooms. All have in-room baths.
Robinson house has six special rooms and one suite. There is central heat and air-conditioning, with fireplaces and fresh Vermont air to customize.
All rooms are named after local Vermont towns and feature luxurious linens, relaxing robes, period pieces, fabulous featherbeds, and teddy bears. Guest rooms are equipped with privacy shades that open and close from the top or bottom, to ensure both privacy and mountain views. Regardless of which room you choose, they will do their best to surpass your expectations.

The entrance to Jamaica State Park is just a short walk, bike, hike or ski down the street from the Inn just past the village skating rink. There is a novice trail that goes in both directions and a more exciting trail that goes upstream over two brooks (one with a waterfall above). Ten kilometers in all offering dramatic vistas of high rugged mountains that drop precipitously into the valley below.
Play in the Snow: Stratton Mountain has excellent downhill or cross-country skiing in winter. Cross country skiers can ski the Sun Bowl at Stratton where trails range from flat stretches for beginners to more difficult trails for advanced skiers. You are guaranteed good snow with snowmaking on 100% of the trails. Also close by are Bromley, Mt. Snow and Magic Mountain Ski Resort areas. Other nearby winter activities include snowmobiling, sleigh rides or ice skating. Just ask the innkeeper for details.
Savor Summer Fun: Right outside our door are backload bicycle trails, fishing streams, and hiking paths. The posh Windham Country Club in nearby Windham offers a wide variety of trails and has one of the finest golf courses in Southern Vermont. The hiking, tennis, and golf available at Stratton Mountain just 10 miles from the Inn are unquestionably world class. Their own inn pool offers a refreshing place to swim laps or lounge in the sun.
