One Palm Springs modern experience - two incredible environments: The Hideaway and The Oasis. Located in the historic Tennis Club District, 5 short blocks from Palm Canyon Drive, the heart of the old village of Palm Springs, guests can walk to all the finest restaurants, nightlife, shopping, galleries, theaters, the Desert Museum, and nearby hiking trails.

The Orbit In opened the 10 room Oasis in 2001 and later expanded with a second environment 2 blocks away now known as The Hideaway. The Oasis was built in 1956 by Herb Burns and the Hidaway, originally known as the Town and Desert was built in 1948. After 50 years, these buildings still have their architectural details in tact, including the original bathroom tiles. The Hideaway was photographed by the iconic architectural photographer Julius Shulman. These historic photos are displayed throughout the property.

All of the rooms are uniquely furnished with mid-century designer and classic pieces, as well as some current modern designs. The spacious Hideaway rooms all have sitting areas and original tile bathrooms.
