There is a shuttle service to the local airport. Denver International Airport is a 3.5 hr. drive.
Children over 6 are welcome all winter, and there are no age restrictions during the holiday season (however, no infants under 3 in the Lodge). Ages 5 and under must be attended by parents.
Kid's menu and group childcare are offered.
There is cross country skiing on site and a shuttle to the slopes. Other activities include Children's Program
horseback riding, hiking, fly fishing in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter.

Winter Lodge Rooms:
six rooms in the main lodge. Lodge rooms, are well appointed with antiques, Native American rugs, cozy down comforters, wood-burning stoves, coffee pots, hair dryers and snuggly robes. The coziness of the lodge with its proximity to the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities and dining room is ideal for romantic getaways or family vacations.

Private Winter Cabins: eight private cabins, varying in size, from a one-bedroom studio to a three-bedroom, three-bath home on the ranch. Each cabin is appointed with antiques, Native American rugs, cozy down comforters, wood-burning stoves, coffee pots, and some with lofts perfect for the kids. Each cabin has its own front porch and a hot tub to work out the kinks from a long day on the trail. small refrigerator stocked with coffee, crackers and cheese for an afternoon snack (if you haven't already filled up on the chocolate chip cookies in the bottomless cookie jar).

All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.
A 15% service charge and 3.9% sales tax will be added to your room rate.
The Home Ranch cannot accept children under the age of 6. Call for more information.
Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A 25% percent deposit of the total room rate is due at the time of booking your Colorado dude ranch vacation.
Rates are double occupancy except for Bunkhouse and Columbine.
The first additional person is charged, and each additional person after the first is also charged per week.
They require a 7-night minimum stay in the summer season, Sunday to Sunday.
Shorter stays accepted for last-minute cancellations.
Guests are obliged to make full payment for all confirmed reservations at check out. Early departures and/or any unused portion of a reservation are subject to this policy.
If cancellation is made outside of 90 days prior to arrival, there is a 100 USD cancellation fee per person. If cancellation is received within 90 days prior to arrival, then you will forfeit the entire deposit, unless they are able to resell the entire reservation, then there will be a 100 USD cancellation fee per person.
Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A 25% deposit of the total room rate is due at the time of booking.
Two-night minimum stay required for regular season; five-night minimum for holidays.
Additional person rate is 75 USD per additional person per night.
If cancellation is received outside of 30 days to scheduled arrival there is a 100 USD per person cancellation fee. If cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to resell the entire reservation, we will return your deposit less the 100 USD per person cancellation fee.
Christmas and New Year?s additional person rate is 215 USD per person per night.
