The vast Rancho lands border the State of Sonora, Mexico, and in the 1500's were part of New Spain. The adobe Cantina, built in 1725 under the watchful eyes of the Franciscan Fathers, was originally a trading post. Today, tempting tequilas and other libations are served from the antique Mexican bar, and invigorating laugher reverberates around the Cantina walls.
