29 exceptional en-suite bedrooms, all with technologically advanced facilities and designed with a contemporary modern interior. All rooms are fitted with a new computerised central heating system with energy provided by the eco friendly bio-mass wood chip burner. A lift accesses all floors and 2 ground floor bedrooms are available for those requiring assisted facilities.

The rooms are comfortable with that added hotel quality that makes a stay special. Each bedroom offers domesticated appliances: hairdryer, iron & ironing board along with soothing bathroom spa products supplied by Scottish Fine Soaps.

Reservations: a credit or debit card is required to secure the booking.

In the event of cancellation or curtailment a charge will be incurred unless the hotel is able to re-sell the room.
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, Lovat Arms will apply the following cancellation charges:
Cancellation after the booking is made, the full deposit will be charged.
Cancellation made within 0-1 weeks prior to departure, 50% of the full holiday price will be charged.
Cancellation made within 24 hours prior to departure, 100% of the full holiday price will be charged.
In any event the hotel will do their best to try to re-sell the room, however guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance.
The first night's stay is required as confirmation or additional reductions can be found when full pre-payment of longer stays are arranged.

Confirmation: All bookings will be, where possible, confirmed via e-mail or your choice of communication.

Children between 2-10 years of age are charged £6.95 each when sharing with parents.
Children between 0-2 years of age are free.
