Defined as an author's cuisine, it aims at highlighting the basic flavors of each product, in combination with the refinement and typical originality of their cooking. Delicious fishes and shellfishes, wild game dishes, typical recipes including Patagonian stew or hare stew and the famous and delicate Patagonian lamb are the celebrities of the menu. In due time the meal finds its way to a perfect finale with exquisitely crafted desserts, especially planned to combine flavors and textures.
