The Ackselhaus offers 35 rooms which range in size from two-bedroom apartments to studios and rooms. These are each designed around one of five themes:
'Movie' emulates old Hollywood luxury;
'Honeymoon' uses light pinks to create the perfect romantic getaway;
'Salon' is inspired by a bygone British era of cricket, tennis and fishing;
'Rom' is beautiful, understated Italian country chic;
'Maritime' uses a blue and white colour scheme and seafaring objects to create a fresh feel.
BlueHome offers:
Suite Exklusiv, a tastefully decorated suite with teak furniture and Swedish-inspired minimalism;
Apartment Exklusiv, which uses delicate colours and textures to create an ambiance of timeless grace;
Studio Deluxe, pure whites and Balinese wooden furniture make these studios an exotic haven;
Single Deluxe, surrounded by water and gardens, this space has a Zen-like calm.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Parking Permit: Since October 2010, the district Prenzlauer Berg is a parking management zone which means: Parking is charged! From Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to midnight, you have to pay 1 EUR an hour for a regular ticket. The hotel ackselhaus & blue home provides a vignette, bookable on request and subject to availability, for a daily fee of 5,00 EUR with which you can park for free in the parking area 42. As a security guarantee the ackselhaus & blue home takes a deposit of 50.00 EUR in cash which is repaid when returning the hotel vignette.
