Charming cabanas of bleached thatch and native wood mingle with the beach's palm and sea grape. Under the thatched roofs, quiet ceiling fans invite sweet sea air and flora-scents to perfume the tropical interiors. Each Balinese-inspired cabana has artisan-crafted furnishings, a luxury private bath and a panoramic view of the sea. All accommodation is on the beach, seafront units and Francis' pavilion Villa are only steps from the sea, the seaview units are less than 200 feet from the sea.

Belize is less than two hours by air from Houston, New Orleans and Miami. Turtle Inn is on the southern coast of Belize, just outside of the town of Placencia. The Sofia, their private Islander aircraft, can transport you from Belize City to Turtle Inn in less than an hour. Buses and commercial airlines also fly between Belize City and Placencia.
Whether you want to slip on a diving mask and explore the waters around the Inn or hire a water taxi to take you to spectacular reefs at nearby cayes, Turtle Inn is the ideal base while exploring this natural wonder.

Peak Season: Christmas - December 20, 2012 to January 05, 2013; Easter ? March 28 to April 02, 2013; Thanksgiving ? November 27 to 01 December, 2013. Four night minimum stay for individual room bookings. Please enquire for minimum stay policy regarding multiple room booking during Peak Season.
Winter Season: January 06 to March 27, 2013; April 03 ? May 31, 2013. Two Night minimum stay.
Summer Season: June 01 to November 26, 2013, December 02 to December 19, 2013. No minimum stay.

The above rates are based on double occupancy.
Continental breakfast is included in all room rates.

Condiciones de reserva y cancelaciones

Policies and prices may change and should be confirmed at booking.

In the Winter and Summer seasons all payments will be refunded in full, less a 100.00USD$ plus 10% tax per room cancellation fee, if they receive notice in writing 45 days or more prior to quest arrival. For Winter an Summer Seasons, reservations changed or postponed 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, the change fee is 100.00USD$ plus 10% tax per room. Note that a 2 Bedroom Villa is considered two rooms. For notices received less than 45 days, no refund will be issued.

For Peak Season the cancellation fee is 200.00USD$ per room if they receive written cancellation notice 60 days or more prior to guest arrival. For Peak Season, reservations changed or postponed 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, the change fee is 100.00USD$ plus 10% tax per room. For notices received less than 60 days, no refund will be issued.

No refunds will be given for unused package portion, hotel rooms, tours and transfers for any reason. They encourage their guests to purchase Travel Insurance to cover against cancellation or date changes in unforeseen circumnstances, as they are unable to refund payments for any reason within the cancellation period.
