Set between a tropical forest and a tranquil lagoon, Lagen Island Resort is a luxury resort in El Nido on the island of Palawan. The resort's comfortable timber cottages built on stilts all have verandas with spectacular views. Featuring a marine sports centre with a range of water pursuits, a spa and swimming pool, Lagen Island Resort is the ideal location to recharge one's batteries.

Boasting four hectares of forest and imposing limestone cliffs, El Nido island also offers guests the chance to marvel at the local wildlife, and the resort organises eco trips and bird watching tours as well as snorkelling and kayaking to explore its caves and marine treasures.

Meanwhile, the resort's Clubhouse restaurant offers both local and international cuisine made with organically grown produce. Naturally in such a romantic setting, private meals can be arranged in the Garden Chapel or in any one of El Nido's nearby island resorts.

With the emphasis on peace and tranquility, all of Lagen Island Resort's rooms are located in quiet areas and feature private verandas. The elegant, charming cottages built with timber reclaimed from traditional Filipino houses.

Water Cottages: Built on stilts over the water, these 53 sq m air-conditioned cottages come with either a large double bed or twin beds. They are also equipped with CD player, minibar, free toiletries and their own bathroom.
Beachfront Cottages: Situated on the waterfront, these family-friendly cottages have excellent views of the cove. All but one of the six cottages have upper levels and are conveniently located for the pool and clubhouse.
Forest Rooms: Located at the edge of the forest, these 20 spacious rooms accommodate three people and feature either large double beds or twin beds. Two of the rooms have disabled access and extra-wide showers.
Forest Suites: With 70 sq m of space, these cottages are the island's most luxurious and can accommodate three people. Along with the standard amenities, the suites have TVs and DVD players, lounge and bathtub.

Children under 6 stay free when using existing beds.
