Children: accepted, but the hotel is more suitable for adults. Luxury Suites and Jacuzzi Suites are not suitable for very young children as they might drown in the private plunge pools/Jacuzzis. Only Junior Suites can accommodate a third person that is a child under the age of 10 on a sofa bed/ daybed.

Diving: the world 3rd longest barrier reef is on the doorstep!
No Swimming Pool: A stunning infinity edged plunge pool of 50cm depth. This is not a swimming pool, but a plunge pool or whirlpool.
Internet: Free WiFi Internet only available in reception, not in the bedrooms.
Parking: On street.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
A deposit equivalent to the value of the first night stay is charged upon booking.
For High Season bookings, 100% payment is due 1 month prior to check-in date.
For Mid Season and Low Season bookings, 100% payment is due at check-out.

Regular Season:
If you cancel a Regular Season booking more than 14 days prior to check-in date, you receive a full refund less 10% = 90% refund.
If you cancel a Regular Season booking 72 hours - 14 days prior to check-in date, you receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel a Regular Season booking less than 72 hours prior to check-in date, 100% is charged and no refund.

High Season:
Minimum Stay: 3 nights during high season.
For High Season bookings, 100% payment is due 1 month prior to check-in date.
If you cancel a High Season booking more than 2 months prior to check-in date, you receive a full refund less 10% = 90% refund.
If you cancel a High Season booking between 2 months - 28 days prior to check-in date, you receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel a High Season booking 28 days or less prior to check-in date, 100% is charged and no refund.
If you do not arrive on the check-in date, 100% is charged and no refund.
