Costantinopoli 104 offers the unique opportunity to relax in a period home from the end of the nineteenth century. The villa, on two floors with a terrace and built on a site of a huge monastic complex, was the property of the Italian nobleman Marchese Spinelli.
The garden's "piperno" stone entrance, the crests of the Marchese on the facade and the marble work balustrades are testimony to the property's historic splendour. Next to the polychrome stained glass window, surrounded by flower beds and centuries' old trees, the garden is an oasis of peace in the historical centre of Naples. Under an ancient stone entranceway, a small swimming pool is available for guests.

Getting there: Costantinopoli 104 is located in the historical centre of Naples and can be easily reached from the airport of Capodichino and the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi.
From the airport of Capodichino:
Fixed fare of 16,00 euro from the airport with participating taxis.
If you arrive in Naples from the tangenziale, exit at Capodimonte, and go down via Santa Teresa degli Scalzi. At the end of the hill turn left into via Conte di Ruvo. At the junction turn left into via Santa Maria di Costantinopoli. To reach the hotel it is necessary to follow the one-way system, going along via Santa Maria di Costantinopoli, turning right and right again along vico De Crecchio and via Del Sole. Make a third right turn at a small piazza and then go straight on into piazza Miraglia. Go across the piazza and along via San Pietro a Maiella, leaving the church on your left. At the junction turn right again, pass piazza Bellini and 104 via Costantinopoli is almost immediately on your left.
From the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi:
Fixed fare of 8,00 euro from the station with participating taxis.
From the port, go along via Nuova Marina and turn into Via Campodisola. Take the second right and then last turning on the left into via Porto di Massa. At the traffic lights go straight across the junction with Corso Umberto I into Via Mezzocannone and then turn left into via Enrico De Marinis. After passing largo San Giovanni Maggiore, turn right into via Santa Chiara amd then go straight ahead along via San Sebastiano and past piazza Bellini, 104 via Costantinopoli is almost immediately on your left after the piazza.
