Dining: The first-class restaurant is located at the cliff just like an eyrie, high above Merano at 750m above sea level. Every day, chef Alois Haller chooses fresh products from the market. Cheese and dairy products, vegetables and fruits are delivered from local mountain farmers. They produce their own pasta, and bake fresh bread twice a day and their patisserie creates the finest pralines.

Cancellations:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds:
All children from 0 to 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots (baby bed/crib).
All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 8 to 10 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
