Graceful rounded bay windows, courtyard gardens and romantic fireplaced lodgings adorn this historic and newly revitalized Queen Anne Victorian. Designed in 1903 by prominent Napa architect William Corlett, 1801 First has been meticulously transformed into an inviting chic retreat, blending it's stunning classic architecture with sophisticated styling and décor.

Ideally located in the historic town of Napa, the gateway to the world famous wine country, this upscale inn is situated just blocks from acclaimed restaurants, boutique shops, the Opera House and Copia, the exciting Center for Food, Wine and the Arts. Just within minutes you'll find internationally renowned wineries, golf, hiking, cycling, balloon rides and more.

The hotel provides: three-course, gourmet breakfast, evening wine and plentiful hors d' oeuvres, concierge Service, courtesy 24 hour "mini-bar", VCR & CD library, off-street parking, garden sitting areas, and the ideal downtown location...stroll to boutique shops, historic sites and acclaimed restaurants.

All rooms have: romantic fireplaces, heavenly beds with Egyptian cotton coverlets, fine sateen linens and feather down comforters, luxurious, private bathrooms with oversized tubs or Jacuzzis, lavish robes and sensual European bath & spa amenities, irons and boards, TV/VCR, CD players and phones and wireless internet connection.

Also Available: massage and Spa treatments, tempting in-room indulgences, health Club and pool passes (Health Club located apx. 1 mile from inn), and assorted Ports.

Breakfast is served at 9.00 am. If you are taking a balloon ride or have an early appointment and will not be able to join them for breakfast, please let them know the night before. They can provide a "to-go" bagged breakfast.

Room service is available between 9:15 and 9:45am for $15.00/day.

Emergencies: The inn is equipped with local and state approved fire and emergency equipment. Please let them know immediately upon arrival if you require any special assistance in the unlikely event of an emergency.

All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A one night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a standard reservation; Full payment will be charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to arrival, at which time, any changes or cancellations will forfeit the entire deposit/amount of stay. Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will be charged a $20 cancellation fee, per night canceled. Specials and discounted packages may require full payment at the time of booking and may be subject to a different cancellation policy. Early departures are responsible for the full reservation.

Minimum Stay: two or three night minimum stay on weekends, holidays and during the months of September and October.

Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:30 pm. (Please inform them if you will need to arrive later and they will make arrangements for you.) Check-out is 11:00 am.

Rates include a full, three course gourmet breakfast each morning; evening wine and hors d'oeuvres and a courtesy 24-hour "mini-bar". Room rates and amenities are guaranteed and not necessarily specific room assignments. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. (Taxes not included.)

Extra person charge is $50.00 per night, plus tax.
