There are relaxation areas and they all focus on a sense of well-being, they offer a Hammam made entirely from resin with two hot zones and three adjoining rooms, one for relaxing to music and the other 2 for massage. There is also an atrium garden, private and spa terraces and on the hotel roof a solarium.

There is a swimming pool on the roof which rises up vertically like a huge terracotta pot set on top of the building. Several options exist for communing with the sun, on the terrace, around the tables, deck chairs or on giant waterbeds providing a beach front setting.

Private Beach: HI Beach has three areas and three ways of rediscovering the enjoyment of the beach. Hi Beach proposes interiors interiors or protected spaces in free access that allow people to share time with each other: a bar, a restaurant, a communal area to relax with a large LCD screen TV, books, magazines, newspapers, and computers etc. There are special reduced rates for hotel guests. Beach parties are organized during the summer season with international DJs.

There is a library with novels, essays, books on art, architecture, design is various languages. There are automatic bars on different landings offering water, champagne, fruit juice or wine.
