Residence Nosticova is a historic 17th Century residence located on a small quiet cobblestone street in Mala Strana, just two minutes from the famous Charles Bridge. In walking distance from the Residence Nosticova are about 20 foreign embassies (British, French, German, Italian, Japanese), the Czech Parliament and Senate, several ministries, prominent galleries and concert halls, as well as leading restaurants serving national and international cuisine.

Nearby are the National theatre and Saint Nicholas cathedral. The elegance and enchantment of this building was recently renewed thanks to a complete reconstruction.

2 Gothic Deluxe Rooms: located on the ground floor, warmly decorated and feature a rich interior with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. The rooms are 25sqm and have one queen size bed, 160x200.

2 Deluxe Attic Rooms: located on the top floor, the rooms 23.2 sqm or 32 sqm with one queen size bed 160x200.

Jr. Suites: located on different floors sizes range from 32 sqm to 38 sqm with one king size bed, 180x200, one queen size bed, 160x200, or two twin beds, 90x200. Some have a kitchenette while others have a sitting area with fireplace.

Royal Suites: located on different floors size ranges from 42 sqm to 82 sqm. All have one queen size bed, 160x200, and a sofa bed. They have a sitting area or separate living room. The Royal Attic Suite has a kitchennette and a small balcony.
