Just a short walk from Ballenas Beach, the Eva Luna Villas hotel offers luxury accommodation set in stunning tropical gardens. The hotel is only a five-minute drive from Las Terrenas, a Dominican Republic tourist destination with 15 km of white sand beaches and an abundance of coconut trees, as well as over 40 international restaurants.

All accommodation at Eva Luna Villas features Mexican-style décor and a balcony or terrace. All have a lounge area, kitchen and bathroom and afford views of the garden with its outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

Guests at Eva Luna Villas can enjoy an American breakfast served on their own private terrace. There are also a number of activities available, including yoga classes and aqua gym. Water sports take place on the nearby beach and hiking and horse riding are also available in the vicinity.

One king size bed per room (no twin beds) for a maximum capacity of 2 people per room. In the Bungalows, there is one king size bed and one single bed. Extra beds are available and charged per night.
Bungalow: 55 m2, includes living room, kitchen, terrace and bathroom.
Villa: 110 m2, includes two bedrooms for a maximum osccupancy of four people, living room, kitchen, two terraces and bathroom.

Children: One child under two years stays free of charge in a cot. Up to two children under seven years stay free using existing beds.

Extra Bed: All older children or adults are charged USD 20 per person per night using existing or extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds/cots in a room is one. Any type of extra bed needs to be confirmed by management.

Airport transfers carry a surcharge.

Minimum Stay: 5 night minimum during the Christmas Season.

General Booking Conditions:
INVENTORY DEPOSIT: A deposit of 200 USD is charged upon arrival (no credit card) as a deposit for the items in the room.
No Credit Cards: hotels must charge an extra 7% for credit cards.

BOOKING DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 2 nights or 30% is charged upon booking (no credit card).
The remaining balance is due upon arrival, in cash (no credit card).

Cancellations:
If cancelled 21 ? 0 days prior to check-in date, the entire deposit is not returned.
Early departure prior to scheduled check-out date: considered a last-minute cancellation, 100% of the original booking is charged.
Christmas: If cancelled, the entire deposit is not returned.

Check-in is between 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm
Check-out is before 12:30 pm
