From 12:00 through 22:00, they serve main courses and fish and seafood. Dishes are carefully elaborated to cater to the most refined tastes, while still including the local Caiçara touch. For example, a grilled salmon with tamarind sauce and smashed mandioquinha is served in a banana tree leaf. Also try the Linguado with passion fruit sauce and shrimp risotto. In the winter they offer other options such as hot broths, fondue and the traditional feijoada (black beans with pork meat and white rice). Dishes are light and tasty and can be combined with an ideal wine. With D'olivino's sommelier, they offer a fine and exclusive selection of wines with surprising flavors. The hotel restaurant is exclusively for guests and visitors with prior reservation.
