Enter an atmosphere of period charm in Dorian House, built of Bath stone circa 1880. The building has been restored with all its original features, and is a fine example of Victorian architecture at its most elegant. Spacious bedrooms have a restful ambience and views over the Royal Crescent or well-tended gardens.

There is a warm, informal atmosphere where you will feel happy to be yourself. Browse through their menus of Bath's restaurants with an aperitif, take time out in the garden, or simply enjoy your room. The cosy lounge with its open fireplace has an intimate, relaxed atmosphere with large comfortable sofas and menus collected from all the excellent restaurants in Bath so guests may plan their lunch or evening meal. A delicious breakfast includes freshly baked croissants, fresh fruit, juices or a scrumptious full English breakfast.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath and is perfect for those wishing to explore the many attractions, including the Thermae Bath Spa, Roman Baths, the Abbey and Royal Crescent. There are many beautiful gardens nearby and some of the prettiest villages in the country.

Owners, Kathryn and Tim Hugh have created a beautiful home with a musical influence and as Tim is the Principal Cellist with the London Symphony Orchestra, his solo recordings appear in the breakfast music library.
