The reservations willl be guaranteed with a credit card by supplying the holder's name, card number, expiration date and security code.
In order to make the reservation, the hotel will make a pre authorization of the first night to validate the credit card.
DEPOSIT: In case of not having a credit card, a bank deposit will be requested. This deposit must be of the first night (depending on the accommodation). The bank receipt shall be faxed.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will be processed when the Hotel receives an email or a fax with this information.
For cancellations made 11 days prior to arrival date, there will be no charge.
For cancellations made 10-3 days prior to arrival date, an administrative charge of 50% of the first night will be debited to your credit card.
For cancellations made 2 days ? 24 hours prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be debited to your credit card.
In case of NO SHOW, early CHECK OUT or cancellations less than 24 hours before the arrival, 100% of the entire booking will be debited to your credit card.
