Villa La Argentina Hotel is situated in the residential zone of Luarca, Villar de Luarca, opposite of Barrera Park. Villar de Luarca was in 1900 in the heart of the "Indian" style. Also a short walk from the marine village of Luarca where D. Severo Ochoa was born, you can find marvellous places like Cambaral or Atalaya light-house or Portizuelos beach.

Built as a residence of Pachorros indiana family, the beautiful Villa La Argentina was the social centre, where luxury, ostentation and the beautiful life were complimented by the philanthropic activities that were organized by the Pachorros family. Nowadays, the hotel offers a relaxing and comfortable rest while still paying attention to the original style of the Belle-Epoque.

The garden contributes a rich repertoire of species characteristic of the ornamental horticulture of the time. All the species give form to the eclectic garden in line with the nobility and burguesia of its origins.

It is possible to organize a lot of itineraries on foot to visit the mountains that surrounded Villar de Luarca, like San Antón de Cuncilleiro, where there an impressive view of the coast to Portizuelo beach (1,3 km.) and the Luarca beaches (1,3 km.).
The Hotel organize several routes with very interesting gastronomic stop-offs.
