Dining: Chef Teco, born and raised in Corumbau, prepares regional dishes with an international touch. With ingredients grown in its own organic vegetable garden and fresh seafood fished locally, the food at the Fazenda excels in quality. For breakfast enjoy delicious cakes, homemade breads and a variety of cheeses as well as tapioca and regional fruit juices.
Other amenities include a bar, room service, a telephone in each room with direct dialing (national and international), internet access, a TV room, a video and a stereo, a living room, beach service and massage by appointment.
Facilities: An enchanting beach, a salt-water pool; a narrow 320-meter bridge to take you to one of the several islands in the mangrove surrounding the farm; tracks amid the mangrove.
Activities: diving among the coral reefs; schooner tours to visit the coral reefs of Itacolomi and to go up the Corumbau river; visits to the Monte Pascoal Indian Reservation, Caraíva village and to the Praia do Espelho; or simply explore the beauties of the Cahy Sandbar (Barra do Cahy).

Check-in: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out: Guests are required to check out by noon and may leave Fazenda São Francisco do Corumbau at their convenience during that day.
Pre-payment: Reservations confirmed upon pre-payment of 50% of the total amount. The balance (plus extras, tours, transfers and fees) should be paid upon check-out.
Reservations for Carnival, Christmas and New Year?s Eve: are only confirmed upon pre-payment of 100% of the reservation total amount;
Cancellation Charges:
from 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total value of the reservation;
from 29 to 16 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total value of the reservation;
Less than 16 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total value of the reservation;
