Saraphee Villa, one storey, 144sq.m., made in a Lanna Temple Style, has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with toilet & daybed, 1 outdoor wooden bathtub and rainshower in private garden, 1 steam room with 1 toilet, 1 dining room, 1 meditation room, 1 terrace, 1 kitchen, and a 450 ltr water tank.

The Leelavadee Cottage, a 2 storey, 101sq.m., house in contemporary Lanna style, has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with big tub, 270 ltr. water tank, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, 1 open air dining area/living area with river and garden view.

Dala Nest, 97 sq.m. is like a rice barn with 2 stories. It has 1 bedroom, 1 toilet with small tub, living area, 1 guest toilet with shower, 1 dining room and work area, 1 veranda & gazebo, and 1 outdoor pool (2x2 sq. m).
