The ocean-view Bungalows: has 2 queen size beds or 1 king size bed, an open terrace equipped with a comfy hammock, where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh ocean air and lovely natural surroundings.

The Suites: also have an outdoor whirlpool for two on a private ocean-view deck and a bath tub that looks out over a small enclosed garden.

The charming Villas: have three bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchenette.

'Casitas suites': have a king size bed, a private pool, terrace with ocean view, ice maker, and bathtub.

There are plenty of activities at Punta Islita: try horseback riding, all-terain-vehicles (ATV), guided hiking, mountain bikes, nature walks in reforested and virgin forest, sportfishing, boat tours, birdwatching, snorkeling, 4x4 Kawasaki vehicles, hiking tours and turtle nesting tours to nearby Camaronal Wildlife Refuge in season. Reservations Requests: reservations are only guaranteed with a written confirmation number as issued by Hotel Punta Islita.
Modifications and Cancellations: modifications and cancellations must be requested in writing and are only effective with a written reply from Hotel Punta Islita's reservations department.
Refunds and Penalties: refunds and penalties will be executed in full accordance to Hotel Punta Islita's cancellation policies as outlined in the Payment/Cancellation Schedule. We highly recommend traveler's insurance to guard against unforessen situations or emergencies.

Payment/Cancellation Schedule: kindly review the following policies and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Please communicate our policies to your clients to avoid misunderstandings.
A Season (Jan.03-Apr.15/Jul.01-Aug.31) and B Season (Apr.16-Jun.30/Sep.01-Dec.25): must be paid in full 30 days prior to guest check-in) date. Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to guest check-in date will incur a first-night penalty charge. There will be no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows (14-0 days prior to guest check-in date.
Holiday Season (Dec.26-Jan02): a 50% non refundable deposit is due by July 25th. Full payment must by made by September 30th. There will be no reimbursements for cancellations, unused portion of services, or no shows.
