The Firth of Clyde islands are all easily accessible by ferry from Ardrossan, Wemyss Bay, and Largs, while the historic sea-going paddle Steamer Waverley also offers daily cruises around the Firth of Clyde. Golf enthusiasts are also spoilt for choice, with a huge range of courses in the region. Other activities include hiking and cycling.
With just three exclusive suites, comfortable, intimate stays are guaranteed at Tour House. All rooms are extremely spacious, with super king- size beds, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxurious towelling dressing gowns and towels. The Velasquez Suite:
A superb room with a super king size leather sleigh bed, a sofa, and a large desk with broadband connection next to it. Views are of the woodland and the room has an en suite shower room with walk in shower. One extra-large double bed. Room size 26 sq m.
The Rubens Suite:
A sumptuous room with views on two sides of the front garden and woodland. Huge Eastern King size bed and large en suite bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. One extra-large double bed. Room size 26 sq m.
All suites feature: free Wi-Fi; flat-screen TV; DVD player; complimentary toiletries. Extra beds and a baby cot are available on request.

Comment s'y rendre: From the north: Take the M77 south from Glasgow, come off the slip road at junction 7 towards Kilmaurs, turn right heading under the carriageway at the end of the slip road, then left at the roundabout onto the A77.
At the next roundabout turn right towards Kilmaurs on the B751, then follow the road for about three miles(5 kms) into the village.
Turn left at the junction and go straight across two mini roundabouts, onto the A735 Kilmarnock road. The road drops down then up again and at the top of the rise there is a church on the right.
Just after the church, a long wall begins on the left, with a gate lodge at the rear entrance to the estate. Do not go in by this gate but continue on for about 350 metres past a closed gate until you come to the main entrance to the estate which has the name of the house on the pillars either side of the gate.
Follow the drive and park anywhere in front of the house.
From the south: Take the A77/M77 from Ayr heading north towards Glasgow.
Take the slip road at junction 8 for Fenwick and go left at the roundabout on the B751 towards Kilmaurs.
Follow this road for about three miles into the village then turn left at the T junction and go straight across the two mini roundabouts onto the A735 Kilmarnock road.
The road drops down then back up and at the top of the rise there is a church on the right.
Opposite the church is the back entrance to the estate with a gate lodge, continue past this entrance for about 350 metres, around the bend to the left, then turn into the main entrance which has the name of the house on the pillars.
Follow the driveway and park anywhere in front of the main house.
From the M74: Follow signs for Glasgow then stay on the M74 until it joins the M77 towards Kilmarnock, Ayr and Prestwick airport, thereafter follow above directions for the house From the North.
