All rooms feature Wengé hardwood floors, beautiful accent wallpaper, leather or four-poster beds, silk drapes and 400-thread Egyptian cotton bed linen. Bathrooms showcase walk-in showers, contemporary ceramics, roll-top baths (in the Luxury Suites), and our own handmade organic shower gels and shampoos.

Dining: L'Avenida is the home of relaxed, delicious cuisine. Fresh, local ingredients are used to create mouthwatering dishes at lunchtime and in the evening. For lunch you can dine informally around the sparkling pool under a shady parasol. Choose from classic salads, wraps, fish cakes, grills or their famous L'Avenida burger. Lunch is served daily except Sunday.
At night the mood changes as soft lights and candles illuminate the garden. It is here they set up the weekly gourmet BBQ and their specialty, Paella night. Two great chances to meet other guests and while away the night under the stars with great food and wine.
For bon viveurs the Lounge Bar showcases a comprehensive connoisseur's drink list as well as cocktails and hand-picked wines.
Activities: Within the secluded courtyard garden you can cool off in the large swimming pool (with Roman steps to enter), catch up on your favorite book under the gazebo, or soak up some much needed sunshine on the sun terrace. Poolside is where you can have a delicious lunch beneath the shady parasols (everyday except Sunday), and is also the venue for the weekly BBQ or the chef's tasting dinner sampler and evening tapas menu. Enjoy a memorable wedding breakfast for up to 35 guests (seated) or a delicious buffet for up to 50 guests (standing). They can help organize flowers, photography, transportation, jazz and soul bands, even the cake. Couples can choose to wed in a nearby picturesque mountain church or at L'Avenida.
Ideally situated for photo shoots and commercials, L'Avenida is only 25 minutes from Palma airport. They understand that time is money so there are no problems with early breakfasts and early dinners. They also provide picnics to take on location. Additionally there is a room for wardrobe as well as make-up and storage for props.

Entire hotel for one week on an exclusive basis including one 4 course gala dinner 18.950 euros, ex IVA.
Rates include buffet breakfast, mini-bar soft drinks, free wifi, and complementary use of Agapanto Beach Club facilities in Port Soller (subject to availability).
A 25% booking deposit is required to secure any reservations.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival with no surcharge.
Bookings cancelled between 14 and 30 days of arrival date will be charged 50% of the total number of room nights originally booked. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, no-shows or premature departures will be charged at full rate for all room nights originally booked.
A single occupancy discount of 10 euro is applicable to the above rates. Extra fold away beds charged at 80 euros per night per bed (incl. breakfast).
