Villa Mahapala works with a professional wedding company, which takes care of legalities and documents. Arrangement of the Balinese/Western Ceremony includes wedding consultant, priest, decoration of the ceremony wedding altar and all ceremonial ware, and Ceremonial Certificate.

Fitness Membership for regular travellers:

Cancellation and No show policy:
- Cancellation made within 14 ? 8 days before arrival incurs one night cancellation fee and 7 to arrival date incurs full length of stay.
- In case of no Show, full length of stay will be charged and no refund will be granted for guest checking out earlier than the booking.
- Cancellation should be made in writing and acknowledged by Villa Mahapala.
Payment terms & conditions: Full Prepayment 30 days prior to guest arrival or ranging until minimum 72 hours prior to guest arrival for last minutes bookings.

Children under 12 years old at free of charge and maximum 1 child in one bedroom pool villa using the existing day bed. The swimming pools are designed for adults. They recommend children to be accompanied or under parental supervision at all times.

- Late check out until 18.00 hrs is charge 50% from the existing contract rate and after 18.00 hrs consider a full night charge applied.
