Xaloc Resort is a small eco-tourism hotel, located on a white sandy beach on the paradise island of Holbox. The hotel is built combining the rustic style of local regional architecture based on palapas or palm leaf roofs with a warm and cozy design, excellent facilities and fine details.

The hotel is managed by the owners, Goncha and Juan Fe, a Spanish couple from Mallorca. They and their team will make sure that your experience in Xaloc will be unforgettably beautiful.

In the restaurant Maja´che their chef will delight your tastebuds with exquisite Mexican and Yucatecan dishes. Holbox is traditionally a fishing village, so the fish and lobster menus are most exquisite and without a doubt, fresh from the sea.

Each of the 18 rooms is a 7 meter high bungalow or an individual round 'palapa', with a wooden terrace and traditional Yucatecan hammocks and a circular roof made out palm leaves. In each room there is a king-size bed or 2 double beds, covered by a big mosquito canopy, ceiling fan and a spacious bathroom with two sinks, shower and water toilet. There are 2 groups of 9 rooms; each group is built around a swimming pool.

The Standard Rooms: are 9 bungalows built around a lagoon-style swimming pool. Here children are welcome and can enjoy the swimming pool and the games.

9 Superior Category Rooms (7 Superior Rooms & 2 Suites): These rooms are only for adults, no children under 12 years old in this category. Ideal for those who want a little more peace and quiet. Each room has its own charm mixing artistic touches with elegant taste and natural delicacy. All feature air-conditioning and a porch with a beautiful table and a comfortable large deck chair. Exclusive, private and quiet, these rooms share a solarium in the uppermost part which was designed for relaxation and wellness.
7 Superior Rooms: are on the top floor. 3 have a king size bed and 4 have 2 double beds.
Suite Xaloc & Suite Holbox: Each suite is on the ground floor and features two rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a beautiful living room with two sofas which can be converted into individual beds. Perfect for 1- 4 people.
