The hotel has 14 rooms with suites, executive double, double and single rooms, all with antique and period furniture purchased in the local area. All suites feature a large double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and separate lounge.
3 Suites with king size sofa beds in the lounge, giving accommodation for up to 4 people.
1 Honeymoon Suite with a four poster bed.
1 Junior Suite for 2 guests only.
1 Penthouse with a very large double bedroom and large bathroom with fabulous views down the valley.
5 Executive Double Bedrooms (one with four poster bed) are all very roomy, light and airy and have en suite bathrooms.
1 Double Bedroom, slightly smaller than the Executive Doubles, but with superb views towards the east and the vine-laden hills. This room can be set up as a twin or double. It also has an en suite shower room.
2 Single Rooms are also spacious with a double bed and an en suite shower room.
All of the rooms have individual central heating and air conditioning, and the suites have flat screen TV's, with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The same facilities are available in the other rooms, on request. All of the rooms are equipped with telephone, internet point and other amenities. Wi-fi access is offered free of charge. In every room, there is a minibar plus tea and coffee making facilities. Each room also has a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and handmade olive oil soap, plus pool towels.

Facilities include: landscaped gardens with a superb swimming pool, a large covered pergola - to enjoy breakfast or lunch outside, sun terraces, a courtyard with views along the valley and a covered BBQ and outside bar area. Indoors is sizable reception area with breakfast room, guest lounge and bar (where there is an open fire for the cooler winter evenings) and a small gym. There is a sala degustazione (wine tasting room), which has a regular temperature all year round for samplings of the famous Piemontese wines - and, of course, the restaurant.
Dining: the restaurant, La Vie, opened in Spring 2007 (closed for the winter mid-November until the end of April) serves light lunches in the open courtyard and simple evening meals made from the freshest ingredients. They also try and have a BBQ or outdoor buffet at least once a week.
Wine:
La Villa is set in the Piedmont region, home of many of Italy's (and the world's) finest wines including Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Moscato. Wine tours can begin from within 5 minutes of the hotel, where you can also enjoy one of Italy's most renowned grappa manufacturers - Berta.
Local Food:
Piedmont is the home of the Slow Food movement and is renowned for the quality of its food and its gourmet cuisine. Everywhere you will find local artisan producers of cheese, salami, chocolate, fresh pasta and pasta sauces, hams, salamis, etc. The area has the highest concentration of gourmet chefs in Italy and there is food to satisfy every palette.
Truffles: The Truffle season starts officially on 15th September and continues to the 3rd weekend in November; the later in the season, the better the quality. And during these months, this region goes truffle mad. There are fairs every weekend - the main ones in October are in Alba, and then in Asti in November - and the restaurants are filled with that distinctive, earthy aroma.
Activities:
The region is also rich in history, pageantry and breathtaking scenery. La Villa is in the golden triangle of wine production and is ideally based for 'gourmeting' and sightseeing for all of the major activities and events in Piedmont. The area is also well known for horse riding, cycling and walking and, within a reasonable distance there are golf, shooting and fishing.

Conveniently located about one hour from the major airports of Turin, Milan and Genoa, only 15 minutes from the main motorways and 30 minutes from Alba, La Villa gives easy access to all of the major attractions in historic Piedmont - world renowned for its wines and gastronomic cuisine.
Weddings: La Villa is a perfect venue for your wedding. Stunning scenery, gourmet food and wine and, of course, the weather. Every wedding at La Villa is tailor made and every one different - you choose the style of wedding you want and leave the rest to them. They coordinate the administration, find the best suppliers and provide the translation service. They can host the reception and wedding meal and can also arrange for a blessing to be conducted at the hotel for Catholics. Local regulations require that Catholics marry in a public building, typically a church or town hall, whereas non-Catholics can only marry on private property (on the lawns, on the roof or by the pool of La Villa).
Children: La Villa only accepts children over the age of 8.
Pets: Small dogs (under knee height) but only in the ground floor rooms. There is a 25 Euro charge per dog, per stay.

There is an additional charge of 20 Euro per head for third and fourth guests over 8 years of age in a suite.
Deposits: There is a 20% non-refundable deposit (of the whole value of the booking) required at the time of booking. No further charges are made until you arrive.
Cancellation Charges: In the event that you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival - forfeit of deposit.
7 - 30 days before the scheduled arrival - 50% of the value of the booking.
1 - 7 days before the scheduled arrival and 'no show' - 100% of the value of the booking.
