Jake's is a boutique resort with personality and charisma. Its 15 cottages were created by theatrical designer Sally Henzell to commune with garden, sea and sky. The rooms are sensual and exotic, airy and quirky and all appointed with pieces that reflect a passion for eclectic taste. The secluded cottages are at one with the environment. Some have decks above the waves. Two restaurants serve fresh seafood and authentic Jamaican cuisine. It is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a spiritual retreat or an adventure. It is located on Treasure Beach, a secluded fishing village on the island's undeveloped south coast. 15 oceanfront and garden cottages with air conditioning or natural ventilation all have verandas with garden views or decks over the sea. Architectural details include Moroccan domes and arches.

OCTOPUSSY 1: Honeymoon cottage - features queen bed, a/c, ceiling fan, phone line, al fresco bathroom, lower deck, upstairs patio with daybed, table, lounging area; room service available.

OCTOPUSSY 2: Honeymoon suite - features queen bed, a/c, ceiling fan, telephone line, al fresco bathroom with bath, lower deck, upstairs patio with daybed, table, lounging area; room service available.

BLUE ROOM - Conch Room: This room, nearest the pool, has an outside sitting area, a double bed, and a/c.

BROWN ROOM - Coral Room: This is our least expensive room although it has a queen-size bed, a/c, a garden view, and a secluded sitting area.

STARFISH & JELLYFISH: These twin rooms, each have queen-size bed and mosquito nets, ceiling fans and their own private verandahs and sitting out area by the sea.

SEA PUSS 1, 2, & 3: Hanging out over the sea, you could fish off the verandah. Sea Puss 1, 2 and 3 are each cottages that have a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and romantic private outdoor showers. They are all deluxe one bedrooms with ocean views.

MUSSELS: This large 3 bedroom house on the sea is ideal for a large family, or friends or a yoga retreat. It has two large spacious areas, one rooftop and an outside verandah as well as a sitting room indoors; two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has twin beds ensuite. It also has a fully operational kitchen.

SWEET LIP: A Deluxe two bedroom ocean cottage that sleeps 4, ideal for a family or friends. (The two bedrooms, both have a/c). The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 2nd has two twins, big closet space, one bathroom with bath, kitchen, dining area, sitting room, two outside beds for sunbathing, private garden.

SEA HORSES UP: Boasts a four-poster queen-size bed, ceiling fan, bathroom with bathtub, verandah with hammock and daybed and seaview.

SEA HORSES DOWN: has a queen-size bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a front verandah with seaview, and a private back garden with lily pond.

COCKLES UP: This is a deluxe one bedroom overlooking the sea comprising of the entire upstairs of the building. The bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed with mosquito net, a fridge, a bathroom with bath as well as shower.

COCKLES DOWN: This is a deluxe one bedroom overlooking the sea comprising of the downstairs of the building. It has a queen-size bed, a/c, bathroom with bath as well as shower, fridge and a private outside verandah.

JACK SPRAT: This little cottage with the sea on two sides and a beach, has two bedrooms, one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has twin beds. It also has a fully operational kitchen, sitting area, an outside sitting area, and an outside shower.
