| Rates include: VAT (tax), airport transfers, breakfast, laundry, teas/coffees, soft drinks, spirits and beers, mini bar drinks, ad hoc secretarial services and 24 hour security. Rates exclude: lunch, dinner, wine and champagne, telephone calls and fax transmissions, visitors' meals and drinks. A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation. Deposits made to guarantee reservations are non-refundable. The full balance of accommodation payable six weeks prior to date of guests' arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable. Cancellations made within 7 days of date of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable. In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s. All costs, prices, and polices, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking. |
