Dining: The first floor restaurant, Sunset, is even more impressive in summer, when you can take a meal on the terrace. For children there are special menu offers and a play desk. Breakfast is served at 7.30 a.m. and you can order business lunch anytime. There is a special dinner atmosphere until 23 pm. Try it! Enjoy it! The cocktail lounge, Sunrise, is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. There you can enjoy the unhurried rhythm, great cocktails and also the special healthy drinks. And, of course, tasteful music. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 16 p.m. till 1 a.m.
Special Events: in Hotel Baltvilla there are different rooms for conferences, seminars, sessions, courses, business meetings, banquets or other parties. Conference groups can hire also the whole hotel.
There are two separate places in the restaurant: Red room and Yellow room. Both are suitable for organizing celebrations and banquets for even 100 people. In the cocktail lounge you can organize your private parties for up to 60 persons. During summer the atmosphere of the lounge becomes more special because of the summer terrace with a view of the pines and lake.
Conference rooms are located on the 1st floor of the hotel, so participants can also use the large and comfortable hotel lobby. All the conference rooms feature wireless internet, central aeration and conditioning system, modern audio-visual system and different placement possibilities. Internet, data projector (in the Green Room), screen and blackboard are included in the price. Laptop (LVL 20), plasma TV (LVL 20), DVD record-player (LVL 11,80), coffee break (starting from LVL 2 for a person), telephone and fax (for standard price appointed by hotel) are available for an extra fee.
For small business meetings and sessions the most suitable is the Orange room. For unofficial but very important business meetings the most suitable is the President suite. For seminars in groups the most suitable is the Business suite.
