- The Lake Terrace is located on the peaceful promenade of Lake Lucerne and benefits from panoramic views, ideal for quiet lunches or evening cocktails.
- National Bar: this classic turn-of-the-century hotel bar specialises in malt whiskies, exotic cocktails and quality cigars, with musical entertainment provided every evening.

Wellness: The Grand Hotel National features an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, solarium and sun terrace, plus professional massage treatments (including head, aromatherapy and foot massages).

Events: The Grand Hotel National has six event rooms. The magnificent banqueting halls recall the Belle Epoque with gold chandeliers and ornate features; the four business rooms are decorated in the Empire Style and are ideal for business meetings of up to 30 persons.
