Description: Villa Franceschi

Villa Franceschi dates back to the late XVI century architectural group and is composed of two separate buildings, which together form a beautiful, luxurious hotel with great charm. The Villa stands by the exquisite river Brenta, in Mira Porte, both buildings; the Villa and the Barchessa are surrounded by a splendid secluded park extending for 33,000 square metres, which provide the guests with the opportunity to discover some typical romantic plants and essences of the XVIII Century gardens.

In the main villa the rooms either face the garden or the placid river and are provided with valuable marble-made fireplaces, ceilings with original beams, and tiling of rare Venetian terracotta. The Barchessa is the ancient, rustic part of the property. In order to retain the original atmostphere of the building, everything has been restored with the utmost care. Curtains, artisan furniture, Venetian terracotta and wood create and excellent harmony. Their restaurant offers traditional Venetian cuisine with a large, bright veranda overlooking the park.
