Description: Country Country Beach Cottages

20 hand crafted cottages designed by award winning Jamaican architect, Ann Hodges.

Along Negril's famous Seven Mile Beach, each cottage is a private world with colourful rooms and private verandas or wrap around balconies. They are owned and managed by Kevin & Joanne Robertson.

Shrouded among foliage in a carefully designed village there is little left to be desired and if you do think of something just take a stroll along the beach and catch the vibes of Jamaica at her natural best.

10 Superior: Superior rooms are farther away from the beach and are all on the ground floor.

10 Premium: Premium rooms are within closer proximity to the beach, and are either upstairs or stand-alone cottages. King-size bed or Twin plus daybed or futon.

The 20 Guest Cottages were designed by award winning Jamaican architect, Ann Hodges
All rooms have private verandahs, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, coffee/tea service, refrigerator, day bed, safety box, private bath/shower (no tubs), hair-dryer and CD clock radios.

Tennis/Squash Court: available off property at additional cost.
Diving: available off property at additional cost.

Conditions de réservation et d'annulation

A three night deposit is required in winter; one night deposit in summer.
To avoid forfeiture of deposit, cancellation is required 14 days prior to scheduled arrival during winter period and 7 days prior during summer.

Cancellation of 90 days prior to arrival is required for stays between December 22 and January 6.
No deposit refund will be made in case of "no show".

Rates are double occupancy per night and include government tax and service.
5 Night Minimum Stay between Dec. 22 and Jan. 5.
Rates include daily breakfast for up two persons.

For Single Occupancy - $30.
For Triple Occupancy + $30.
Max Occupancy per room: 3 Adults or 2 Adults with 2 Children.
