Description: Ammende Villa Hotel & Restaurant

Ammende's Villa is a significant example of Jugendstil that was typical at the turn of the 20th Century. It was designed and built by the order of Herman Ammende, a merchant of Pärnu, by Mieritz & Gerassimov Design and Building Office of St. Petersburg.

The luxurious Villa is situated in a superb garden park in the beach area of Pärnu. It is in the walking distance from the town centre in the beach area.

In the main building there are 13 impressive rooms: 1 luxury Suite- Ammende Suite, 1 Mahogany Suite, 3 Suites and 8 Double Deluxe rooms.
All the rooms are decorated with antique furniture and include special intricate details from the beginning of the last century.

In the courtyard, very close to the main building the Gardener's House is situated.
Here there are 6 rooms equipped with comfortable furniture.

In the main building in the Ammende Suite there is a Jacuzzi and sauna, all Suites have baths, while all the other rooms have showers. All the rooms have satellite TV, phone, safe, HiFi, internet and minibar. It is possible to use the sauna on the third floor.

In the Gardeners House there is also telephone, satellite TV, minibar, and shower. It is possible to use the safe in the reception.

Conference facilities: 5 separately placed rooms for conference and meetings seating up to 60 people. Modern conference equipment is available. Guests have the choice of three halls of the Villa: Historical Blue Diningrom-36 places, In green tones Wineroom 15 places, and an royal Huntingroom with fireplace 20 places.

Other functional rooms of the building are decorated as salons. Stylish Red Salon, Green Piano Salon and Cigar Salon are best places for enjoying some good wine or having a cup of coffee.

There is free parking in the closed yard however a parking place cannot be guaranteed.
