Haagsche Suites is three luxurious large suites in an original 1890 townhouse. Set between the centre of The Hague and the beaches and casino of Scheveningen, the main beach city of The Netherlands for over 100 years, this recently completely refurbished boutique hotel has a historic regal atmosphere and provides all modern comforts in an intimate setting. Located on Laan van Meerdervoort, Holland's longest avenue, Haagsche Suites is in the vicinity of the Peace Palace, Panorama Mesdag, Municipal Museum, Omniversum and Madurodam. Amsterdam airport and Rotterdam airport are not far away.
At Haagsche Suites, each of the three suites occupies a whole floor (75 sqm), has a lovely view of the designer garden, and is suitable for both the distinguished business, and the leisure traveler. The suites are so spacious; one doesn't have to leave the premises. You can invite friends or business associates to your suite or to the lounge, an excellent place for a pre-dinner aperitif or an after dinner drink.

Suite 1: is on the ground floor. Bath, shower and sinks are integrated in the bedroom. It has its own kitchenette, a living room in the conservatory. Four doors open to the terrace and garden. The bedroom has its own fireplace. Suite 1 has its "own" terrace, sometimes shared with fellow guests.
Suite 2: situated on the second floor. The largest suite, it is frequently used as a bridal suite. Bedroom and living room are very spacious and have their own fireplaces. Enjoy the garden from the balcony. It has an en suite bathroom with double bath and a mega shower. Its kitchen has all amenities, including stove, oven and Miele espresso machine.
Suite 3: top floor (use the small lift). Quiet and serene with almost black adobe walls. Both bedroom and living room have their own fireplace. Enjoy the garden from the balcony. It has a separate bathroom with double bath and a mega shower. Its kitchen has all amenities, including stove, oven and coffee-machine.

Breakfast: Don't miss the famous Dutch breakfast. The main ingredient is an opulent fresh made fruit salad. Served in your own suite, on the terrace, in the garden, on your own balcony (if weather permits), in the breakfast room, or even in the conservatory attached to their own house, if you like!
Dining: While they do not have their own restaurant, wining and dining is amply possible in The Hague.
They gladly make a reservation for you in one of the excellent restaurants or brasseries, some of which are within walking distance. With few exceptions Dutch restaurants tend to close their kitchen early (before 21.30 hr.). In case of a late arrival, make sure you have had dinner or ask them in advance to prepare some complimentary snacks or sandwiches.
Special Events: High Tea, private brunches, lunches or dinners parties for small groups from 6 to 18 persons can be organized. Venues include the breakfast conservatory for up to 10 people or the Dining Room for up to 18 persons. For warm lunches and dinners they always contract an excellent external catering company.
Meetings/Workshops: one small group of 6 to 12 persons per day in The Lounge for up to 6 persons, in The Breakfast Conservatory for up to 8 persons, or in The Dining Room for up to 12 persons (up to 18 persons for a diner). Meetings can be combined with a lunch or with a dinner.
Photo Shoots: Haagsche Suites and its garden are excellent locations for photo shoots. Various photographers and glossy magazines have already discovered this fantastic spot. Photo shoot Rate includes the use of the breakfast conservatory for make-up/hair/postproduction and the use of one suite and includes coffee, tea and soft drinks, but is exclusive of VAT. Use of an additional suite will be charged separately.

Due to the extensive decorations they are unable to host pets and children under age 14.
Royal Location: The Hague is the seat of Dutch government where the Queen lives and works, where foreign countries have their embassies, where many international organizations and companies have their headquarters. Consequently many nationalities live, work and leisure here. The city and shopping center is a 20 minute walk or a 7 minute ride with the tram, as cars are not handy in the city center. They have two free bikes for guests. Public transport is easy with trams (streetcars) line 17 and line 3 stopping 50 meters and line 11 stopping 150 meters from Haagsche Suites.
Amsterdam, the capital of The Netherlands, is only 45 minutes away by car or by train.
