50% of the entire stay must be pre-paid then they will confirm.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded 40% of the deposit (which would be 20% of the entire stay).
Cancellations made the day before or the same day as scheduled arrival will not be refunded the deposit.

VAT (Value Added Tax) is 16% until June 30th, 2010. The VAT is 18% as of July 1, 2010.
